Etosha National Park - The centrepiece of this National Park is the 5000 km2 Etosha Pan. This massive salt flat, together with the surrounding open plains and sporadic dense bush, makes a habitat for a diverse range of animal and bird life including springbok, oryx, rhino, elephant, giraffe, jackal and lion. While the birdlife includes ground hornbill, kori bustard and even flamingo!

Damaraland - A remote area of north-western Namibia that adjoins the Skeleton Coast. It is home to rare and endangered wildlife, which have learned to survive by following the patterns of nature. On early morning nature drives look out for desert-adapted animals: black rhino, elephant, and lion, along with oryx, kudu and springbok.
